红尾鸽

　　故事发生在1955年的法国南特，彼时那里正在进行一场轰轰烈烈的工人罢工运动，而钢铁工人弗朗西斯（理查·贝里 Richard Berry 饰）就是参与其中的一员。弗朗西斯租下了寡妇玛格特（达尼尔·达黎欧 Danielle Darrieux 饰）手里的一间房子，玛格特虽然是资产阶级，但是却对工人阶级充满了同情，时长向他们伸出援手。
　　弗朗西斯有一个相恋多年的女友瓦雷特（Fabienne Guyon 饰），虽然瓦雷特腹中已经怀上了他的孩子，但这个冷漠残酷的男人还是选择抛弃了她，转而将注意力投向了一个名叫艾迪斯（多米尼克·桑达 Dominique Sanda）的女人。艾迪斯嫁给了一个富有的商人，可婚后的生活却令她苦不堪言，为了排遣内心的愤懑，艾迪斯偷偷从事着妓女的职业。

地铁隧道崩塌事故发生的三个月后，翔阳大学附属北部医院急救中心的各位医护人员一如既往忙碌，而他们的生活也在悄然发生改变。蓝泽耕作（山下智久饰）从多伦多回归急救中心，绯山美帆子（户田惠梨香饰）即将前往产科，讶岛遥（比嘉爱未饰）准备和藤川一男（浅利洋介饰）走入婚礼殿堂，白石惠（新垣结衣饰）作为队伍的指挥官，引导成员们全力以赴奔赴在救死扶伤的最前线。在老前辈的带领下，灰谷俊平（成田凌饰）、横峰（新木优子饰）、名取飒马（有冈大贵饰）、雪村双叶（马场富美加饰）等实习医生迅速成长。在这期间，重大的伤亡事件和危急病例相继出现，急救中心的各位从不退缩……本片系同名电视剧系列的电影版。
